Refund Policy

Our policy is simple, we provide an unconditional return policy on goods purchased from our website excluding those items that have been installed or assembled, eg workstations.If for any reason you are not completely satisfied please return the unwanted goods in their full original packaging to our Ingleburn depot at your expense and we will arrange full refund less freight and handling charges (normally 20% restocking fee).

To return an item please download our Goods Return Form, fill in and email to info@alphaonlinefurniture.com.au  to have your refund request formalised.

A full refund cannot be provided if:

  1. Original Packaging has been discarded
  2. Item is returned damaged
  3. Item returned with parts missing
  4. Item returned assembled

 

If goods are defective Alpha Online Furniture are to be notified in writing within 48 hours from time of delivery using Goods Return Form indicating whether you would like a refund or replacement. Once the goods are returned at the buyers expense we will need an opportunity to inspect the goods  within a reasonable time and then reply to your request.

We take pride in our products and service.It is our aim to continually have stock available and keep our prices as keen as possible.In an event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
